Purity, Abstinence, Consecration, and Truth

Our curriculum comes from P.A.C.T (Purity, Abstinence, Consecration, and Truth) which
was compiled and written by Stacy Mouat. The P.A.C.T curriculum was originally written for co-ed 8 th-12th grade students. The Boyfriend Bears Organization was given permission to use information relevant to pre-teen and teenage girls within the context of a PowerPoint presentation. We are so very thankful for the 1 ½ years that Mrs. Mouat dedicated to developing P.A.C.T!

The Boyfriend Bears PowerPoint Presentation focuses on 3 questions:

1) What is purity?

a. Main focus is to learn that God’s design of sex is within the context of marriage.

i. Purity begins in the heart and is a lifelong process.

2) Why choose purity?

b. Main focus is to learn that purity is a choice.

i. Value yourself, dress modestly, and make good choices.

3) How can purity become a lifestyle?

c. Main focus is to learn how to live a life of purity through your actions.

i. The importance of establishing boundaries and accountability.

It is our hope and prayer that by the end of each session the participants will;

1) Clearly understand what God’s design for sex is.
2) Be encouraged to strive towards God’s BEST for them in all areas of their life – especially their purity!
